Using the same platform as TAMIS combined with standard laparoscopic surgery, it is possible to resect advanced rectal cancer with extreme precision and minimal invasion.  taTME is one of the latest techniques in MIS and is done in very few centers across Canada.  HSN has one of the largest case volumes and experience with this technique.
